【摘要】脂蛋白肾病是一种罕见的肾脏疾病，主要病理特点为明显扩张的肾小球毛细血管襻，腔内脂蛋白栓子形成，免疫荧光或免疫组织化学染色提示载脂蛋白B(ApoB)或ApoE阳性，伴有明显的血清ApoE浓度升高。罕见的ApoE基因变异可能导致脂蛋白肾病。该文介绍了脂蛋白肾病的流行病学、发病机制、临床特点、病理特点和治疗相关的研究进展。
