COPD对非小细胞肺癌临床特点及病理类型的影响(3)
綜上所述，本研究通过对COPD合并肺癌组与单纯肺癌组临床资料的比较，进一步证实了COPD与NSCLC两者之间的密切关系。多种因素影响NSCLC病理类型，其中有吸烟史及FEV1占预计值比例低是NSCLC病理类型为鳞癌的危险因素。
