性激素在视神经疾病中发挥的作用可以合理解释视神经疾病的性别差异,但其具体作用机制尚未完全清楚。进一步加强对性激素的生物学功能及其参与视神经疾病作用机制的研究,有望为性激素对视神经疾病的预防及治疗提供新的思路。
