    【摘要】近年来，由于糖尿病患者不断增加且发病年龄逐渐提前，导致了年轻糖尿病患者数量显著增加，视力减退甚至丧失，严重影响患者的生活质量。与老年患者相比，年轻的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者有着相对独特的临床表现，应当引起眼科医师的关注。该文就年轻糖尿病患者视网膜病变的流行病学、临床特点、危险因素及其治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。
