    【摘要】创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)是暴露于严重创伤事件后出现的一种精神障碍，对患者个人和社会造成巨大的负担。对PTSD的早期识别是诊疗工作的关键，也是研究的热点。近年多个基于PTSD诊断标准的症状自评式量表被开发并广泛应用于PTSD的筛查和诊断。随着PTSD的诊断标准的更新和不断完善，自评式量表也经历了版本的更新换代。该文将围绕PTSD诊断标准与症状自评式量表应用的最新研究进展进行综述和归纳。
