    【摘要】自噬作为真核生物中存在的一种基本的细胞降解机制，在维持细胞内环境稳定方面发挥着至关重要的作用。从调节细胞内的基本代谢功能到各种疾病，自噬已成为控制人体内环境稳定的中心调节点。近年来研究者发现自噬异常也出现在精神疾病中，提示自噬可能是某些精神疾病病理生理过程的一部分。该文就自噬及其与一些常见精神疾病例如抑郁症、精神分裂症及自闭谱系障碍等关系的相关研究进展进行介绍。
