    【摘要】瘦素是脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪因子中的一种，是肥胖基因的蛋白相关产物，其通过内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌的方式作用于组织或细胞，发挥广泛的生物学作用，通过调节炎症、营养代谢、免疫和自噬在多种疾病中发挥重要作用，现有多种研究证实其对心血管系统有影响，并在心房颤动的发生发展中起到重要作用，同样瘦素可以促使心脏成纤维细胞分泌的Ⅰ型胶原增加，促进心肌纤维化的发生及发展，故可为心房颤动及其心肌纤维化的发生及诊治提供新的思路。
