浓缩生长因子促上颌窦底骨增量和窦底黏膜修补的研究进展
邱韵歌?肖晗?文勇【摘要】 上颌窦位于上颌骨内,呈金字塔形,体积为12~15 cm3。由于其特殊的结构和位置,上颌窦底提升术在植入材料、术式选择及并发症处理方面面临不断更新与挑战。浓缩生长因子(CGF)作为第3代血小板浓缩物,具有致密的网格结构,缓慢释放生长因子,使组织愈合过程趋于自然,可有效促进软硬组织再生及创口愈合。近年来,CGF凭借其独有的优势在口腔种植领域占有一席之地,并已广泛应用于上颌窦底提升术。本文就其在上颌窦底骨增量和窦底黏膜修补的相关研究进行综述,以期为CGF的临床应用提供可靠的理论依据。
