    【摘要】步态分析在神经病学领域有着迫切的应用现实需求，也面临着推广应用的巨大挑战与机遇。近年来随着步态分析系统硬件和软件技术的進步，技术节点上的难关被一一突破，神经病学定量步态分析系统也随之建立，有助于明确步态分析潜在机制与疾病进展之间的联系，以提高步态测量方法在临床及试验中的实用性和精确性。为进一步成功实现步态分析技术的临床转化，为其在神经病学领域的应用打下基础，该文对步态分析在神经病学中的临床研究新进展进行综述。

    【Abstract】Gait analysis has urgent practical needs in neurology， and it is also faced with great challenges and opportunities for popularization and application. In recent years， technical difficulties have been properly resolved with the progress of hardware and software technologies of gait analysis system.
