    【摘要】 心肌淀粉样变性(CA)是由心肌细胞外基质中不溶性淀粉样蛋白质基质沉积所致，可引起进行性心力衰竭及各种心律失常，属于罕见病。 该文报道1例CA患者诊治经过，该患者主要表现为胸闷，入院后行影像学等检查，心电图、心脏彩色多普勒超声等均高度怀疑CA，最终经病理组织活检确诊。该例提示临床医师应提高对CA的认识，减少漏诊和误诊。
