    【摘要】母细胞性浆细胞样树突状细胞肿瘤(BPDCN)伴急性髓系白血病(AML)罕见，该文报道了1例以发热为首发症状的BPDCN伴AML患者的诊治过程以提高临床医师的诊治水平。该例患者为69岁男性，因发热1周入院，无典型的皮肤损害表现，骨髓涂片细胞形态学分析示增生极度活跃，且瘤细胞免疫表型独特，确诊为BPDCN伴AML。建议其选择含维奈克拉的低强度化学治疗方案，但患者放弃治疗。
