    【摘要】近年来，随着内镜技术的不断发展，非壶腹部十二指肠浅表肿瘤(SNADET)病变的发现率逐渐增高，早期发现的SNADET较少进行远处转移，因此，诊断和治疗早期 SNADET十分重要。该文通过对中外文献的查阅，分析汇总了SNADET内镜切除技术，以期为如何改善SNADET的内镜微创治疗，提高其疗效及安全性，提高患者的生活质量，对进一步深入研究提供思路与帮助。
