静电纺丝技术在眼科中的应用进展

    【摘要】 随着纳米纤维在各行各业的广泛应用,静电纺丝作为一种制备纳米纤维的技术也得到了关注。静电纺丝制备的纳米纤维膜由于与细胞外基质相似,具有高比表面积、高孔隙率、易添加多种成分等特点,使其在药物装载上具有很大的优势,已有研究将药物负载在纳米纤维中从而实现药物缓释作用。目前静电纺丝膜已经应用于眼表疾病、角膜移植、青光眼及视网膜疾病治疗等,本文将在目前已有基础上,介绍静电纺丝技术的原理、应用及展望静电纺丝技术在眼科疾病治疗的前景。
