表面等离子体共振技术在外泌体表征鉴定中的研究进展

    【摘要】 外泌体是一种脂质双分子层膜性囊泡,广泛分布于外周血、唾液、尿液、腹水等多种液体中。外泌体中的多种肿瘤相关基因参与了肿瘤细胞与正常细胞之间的信息交流,以及肿瘤细胞增殖和转移的过程,在肿瘤的发展中起着重要作用,是肿瘤液体活检的潜在生物标志物。近年来,表面等离子体共振技术(SPR)因其灵敏度高、所需样品量少、检测时间短及背景干扰小等诸多优点,被认为在外泌体的表征鉴定中有巨大的应用潜力。该文主要介绍了SPR的基本原理及基于SPR的生物传感平台在外泌体表征鉴定中的应用前景。
