    【摘要】 膀胱癌是泌尿系统最为常见的恶性肿瘤，严重影响了人们的健康和生活。经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是非肌层浸润性膀胱癌(NMIBC)的主要治疗手段，而术后易复发是治疗的一大难点。为预防肿瘤复发，临床医师往往于术后予患者膀胱灌注治疗。本文对传统膀胱灌注与新型药物和相关治疗方案进行介绍和总结，期望为NMIBC的临床治疗提供有价值的参考。

    【Abstract】 Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system， which seriously affects patients’ health and life. Transurethral resection of bladder tumor is the main treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC)， whereas high recurrence rate after surgery remains the main challenge. To prevent tumor recurrence， intravesical instillation is often performed postoperatively by clinicians. In this article， traditional intravesical instillation， new drugs and therapeutic regimens were illustrated and summarized， aiming to provide valuable reference for clinical treatment of NMIBC. ......
