    通信作者简介：许红阳，医学博士、主任医师、教授，长期从事心脏及肺移植术后的患者管理，熟练应用纤维支气管镜、主动脉内球囊反搏(IABP)、体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)等技术对危重症患者进行抢救治疗。现任江苏省重症医学会常务委员、江苏省病理生理学会危重病医学专业委员会常务委员、江苏省医师协会体外生命支持委员会副主任委员。主持多项科研课题，在国内外专业学术杂志上发表学术论文20余篇，其中SCI论文5篇。

    【摘要】体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)是治疗呼吸或心力衰竭的一种先进的生命支持方式。在ECMO支持期间，各种因素使得凝血功能受损，导致机体处于促凝和抗凝失衡的状态，因此增加了出血的发生率，同时对临床工作的开展也是一个巨大挑战。该文介绍了ECMO期间患者出血高风险相关的流行病学、病因及抗凝和监测，为临床提供参考。
