维生素D抑制肝星状细胞活化在肝纤维化中的研究进展

    【摘要】肝纤维化是各种慢性肝脏病向肝硬化发展过程中的关键,是肝中多类细胞、细胞因子及介质共同作用的结果,肝星状细胞(HSC)在肝纤维化阶段充当重要角色。维生素D是以1,25-二羟维生素D3为活性形式,与慢性肝病严重程度密切相关的甾体激素,在HSC的调控中占据关键地位。维生素D可通过转化生长因子-β/SMAD、Wnt/β-catenin、ERK1/2、多蛋白细胞质复合体NOD样受体家族3、核因子-κB等多种细胞信号通路调节相关靶基因表达,抑制HSC活化,进而控制肝纤维化进展。该文就维生素D与HSC的关系、维生素D在肝纤维化中调控HSC的机制及在抗纤维化治疗中相关研究进展做一综述。
