    【摘要】目的 研究慢性胃炎病理特征与Ⅰ型幽门螺杆菌(Ⅰ-Hp)、Ⅱ型幽门螺杆菌(Ⅱ-Hp)的关系及临床应用价值。方法 选取胃黏膜活检诊断为慢性胃炎的样本2 583例，采用荧光定量PCR法检测Hp并进行分型，分析Ⅰ-Hp、Ⅱ-Hp与慢性胃炎的炎性反应程度、活动度、肠上皮化生及淋巴滤泡形成之间的关系。结果 慢性胃炎的炎性反应程度、活动度、肠上皮化生在Ⅰ-Hp、Ⅱ-Hp感染中均存在差异，差异均有统计学意义(P均< 0.05)。炎症活动度为Ⅰ-Hp感染的独立危险因素(P < 0.05)。结论 Ⅰ-Hp和Ⅱ-Hp感染在慢性胃炎炎性反应程度、活动度、肠上皮化生中表现有所差异。活动性炎症提示可能存在Ⅰ-Hp感染。
