脑白质高信号与认知功能障碍相关研究进展

    【摘要】脑白质高信号(WMH)是脑小血管病的影像学标志之一,近年来研究显示WMH与认知功能障碍存在相关性。该文主要就WMH形成机制、WMH与认知功能的关系、WMH引起认知功能障碍的机制等方面进行综述,以期进一步深入了解WMH与认知功能障碍的关系。

    【Abstract】White matter hyperintensity (WMH) is one of the imaging markers of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). Recent studies have found certain relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment. In this article,the mechanism of WMH formation,the relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment,the mechanism of cognitive dysfunction caused by WMH were reviewed,aiming to deepen the understanding of the relationship between WMH and cognitive impairment.
