    【摘要】 目的 探讨人工灌注联合拦截网篮在输尿管结石碎石手术中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析行输尿管结石手术治疗的151例患者临床资料，根据手术方式的不同分为2组：人工灌注联合拦截网篮组(观察组)72例、使用常规灌注泵组(对照组)79例。比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、结石逃逸比例、结石再次干预情况以及并发症等相关指标。结果 2组在手术时间、术中出血量、并发症发生方面比较差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，观察组的结石逃逸比例、结石再次干预比例均低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论 人工灌注联合拦截网篮在输尿管结石碎石术中可降低结石逃逸比例及残留结石再次干预比例，提高结石清除效率。
