    【摘要】眩晕相关疾病发病率高，涉及全身多系统，致病机制复杂，诊断困难，是临床工作的一大难点。近年来人工智能技术发展迅猛，逐渐成为现代眩晕相关疾病临床诊疗的重要助力之一。该文分别着眼于人工智能在眩晕相关疾病诊断、评估和治疗中的应用，综述近年来人工智能在眩晕相关疾病中的进展和前沿，剖析人工智能在眩晕相关疾病诊疗中的优缺点，并展望人工智能在眩晕相关疾病诊疗中的发展前景和方向。

    【Abstract】The incidence rate of vertigo-related diseases is high， involving multiple systems of the whole body.
