    【摘要】Isthmin-1(ISM1)属于Isthmin基因家族，在多种组织中均有表达，具有多种生物学功能。研究显示ISM1参与生长发育、代谢、免疫、肿瘤发生等生理病理过程，与ARDS、COPD、肺纤维化等多种肺部疾病存在关联。该文就ISM1的结构、生物学功能及其在肺部疾病中的作用进行综述，旨在为ISM1相关疾病的诊断及治疗提供理论基础。
