    【摘要】充分的肠道准备是结肠镜检查的前提，而慢性便秘(CC)是肠道准备的重要影响因素之一。近年来学者们越来越重视CC的肠道准备方案。文章就CC结肠镜检查前的肠道清洁剂选择的临床研究进行综述，分析各方案的有效性和安全性，旨在为临床实践提供参考，从而提高CC的肠道准备质量，及时对结直肠癌进行三级预防。
