早产儿脑损伤相关生物学标志物研究进展
【摘要】 随着新生儿重症监护技术日趋成熟,早产儿的存活率显著提高。然而,脑损伤的发生率亦在逐年上升,且多数患儿伴有神经系统损伤的早期临床表现和远期后遗症状。因此,寻找简单有效的诊断方法,提高早产儿生存质量,已成为当前领域亟待解决的关键问题。近年来,越来越多的生物学标志物被众多学者相继研究,并应用于早产儿脑损伤的早期诊断及预后评估,文章就这些生物学标志物的国内外研究进展进行综述,旨在为早产儿脑损伤的早期诊断和预后评估提供参考。【关键词】 生物学标志物;脑损伤;早产儿;细胞因子
