【摘要】 目的 探讨腔镜手术和开放手术对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法 收集344例接受了手术治疗的女性乳腺癌患者的资料，按术式进行分组，其中腔镜手术组92例、开放手术组252例。采用乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表(FACT-B)调查患者术后的生活质量，比较2组的差异。结果 2组的FACT-B条目“我满意我的性生活”“我能工作(包括家里工作)”“我的工作(包括家里工作)令我有成就感”“我感到在性方面有吸引力”“我仍能感到像一个女人”“我担心紧张对我的疾病造成影响”比较差异均有统计学意义(P均< 0.05)，腔镜手术组均优于开放手术组。其余条目2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均> 0.05)。结论 接受腔镜手术的乳腺癌患者的术后生活质量优于接受开放手术的患者。
