【摘要】 新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)仍在世界范围内广泛传播，据统计目前已有超过7.6亿新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)确诊病例。虽然大多数感染者能获得治愈，但仍有不少患者在感染SARS-CoV-2后的2～3个月甚至更长时间，出现持续的头晕、疲劳、乏力、咳嗽、胸痛等临床症状。国际上将这类不适症状称为长新冠综合征(long COVID，长新冠)。长新冠的出现给人们的健康带来新的危机，不仅影响患者的生活质量及工作，也给社会带来巨大的医疗保健压力。探索长新冠带给人们的影响及其发生机制，制定长新冠健康管理策略，以更好地预防、治疗长新冠，仍是世界范围内研究的重点。文章介绍了长新冠的定义，并对其发生机制、常见系统临床表现、危险因素及长新冠健康管理等在近年取得的研究进展进行综述，为临床医师认识长新冠提供更多思路。
