拷贝数变异在卵巢癌中的研究进展
【摘要】 遗传变异是导致癌症发生和发展的重要因素之一。拷贝数变异是遗传多样性的重要来源,在结构上表现为基因的扩增或缺失,与肿瘤的发生和发展有关。采用高通量测序和基因芯片技术可以检测拷贝数的变异情况,提供相关的肿瘤分子特征、预后和治疗相关的信息,有利于临床上对患者进行更准确的诊断和治疗决策。卵巢癌在女性生殖系统疾病中的病死率极高,了解其发病机制对提高卵巢癌患者的生存率至关重要。目前拷贝数变异在卵巢癌中的具体作用和机制仍然不清楚,文章就现有的研究结果对与卵巢癌相关的拷贝数变异进行综述,以期为卵巢癌的预防、诊断及治疗等方面提供新的思路和方法。【关键词】 拷贝数变异;卵巢肿瘤;高通量测序;基因芯片;遗传变异
