【摘要】 目的 了解国内外医务人员使用肾上腺素救治严重过敏反应的认知影响因素及研究现状。方法 以“肾上腺素”“过敏性休克”“严重过敏反应”“过敏反应”或“adrenaline”“anaphylactic shock”“severe anaphylactic reaction”

    “anaphylactic reaction”“epinephine”“anaphylaxis”等为检索词。检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普、PubMed、Web of Science，检索时间均为建库至2024年7月20日。提取并分析纳入文献内容。结果 共检索到9篇文献，8篇国外研究显示，不同专业、层级医院、年龄、工龄的医务人员对肾上腺素在严重过敏反应患者中的正确使用存在差异，通过针对性地培训与教育，可以显著提高医务人员在治疗严重过敏反应时使用肾上腺素的正确率。仅有的1篇国内研究提示临床医师和护士对肾上腺素正确使用均存在严重的认知不足。结论 医务人员对于正确使用肾上腺素救治严重过敏反应存在不同程度的认知不足，且受多种因素影响。
