【摘要】 文章综合国内外文献，从第2组先天淋巴样细胞(ILC2)在支气管哮喘(哮喘)发病过程的作用、针刺调控ILC2治疗哮喘的研究两方面进行总结。研究初步表明针刺可能是通过影响ILC2的分泌和迁移功能等途径，达到减轻哮喘气道炎症、抑制气道高反应性、改善气道重塑的目的，但现有仍存在针刺调控哮喘的ILC2相关通路尚未明确、动物实验及临床研究少、缺乏针刺经ILC2s途径改善激素抵抗性哮喘的机制研究等问题。
