细胞因子加速正畸牙移动的研究进展
【摘要】 正畸牙移动是正畸力介导的一系列高度有序的牙体—牙周膜—牙槽骨改建过程,牙周细胞微环境(包括细胞外基质、细胞膜、细胞骨架、细胞核蛋白、基因组)的适应性反应涉及各种关键细胞因子的局部合成和释放。本研究回顾近年来相关文献,从参与正畸过程的各类细胞出发,对具有潜在临床应用前景的细胞因子进行整理,重点关注各种因子在正畸牙移动机械力——细胞信号转导过程中的作用,旨在辅助研究人员开展临床前研究。【关键词】 正畸牙移动;细胞因子;免疫
