非编码RNA在非小细胞肺癌放射抗性中的作用

【摘要】 肺癌不仅是全球常见的恶性肿瘤之一,而且是全球病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是最常见的亚型。放射治疗是晚期NSCLC患者的主要治疗方式之一,而长期治疗过程中产生的放射抗性是导致放射治疗失败和预后差的关键。随着全基因组和RNA测序技术的广泛应用以及在此基础上对非编码RNA(ncRNA)生物学功能的深入探究,越来越多的证据表明ncRNA是肿瘤发生发展中的关键调节因子,其中不同的ncRNA在肿瘤放射抗性上起着促进或抑制作用,有望成为肿瘤诊断的标志物和肿瘤治疗的新靶点。文章对近年研究较多的ncRNA如微小RNA(miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)、环状RNA(circRNA)在NSCLC放射抗性中的作用研究进展进行综述。【关键词】 肺癌;放射抗性;非编码RNA;微小RNA;长链非编码RNA;环状RNA
