【摘要】 视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)是一组自身免疫介导的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病，主要累及视神经和脊髓。疼痛是NMOSD病程中的常见临床症状，严重影响患者生活质量。目前，临床应用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、止痛剂等药物可部分缓解NMOSD伴疼痛，但仍存在疼痛易复发、加重或持续且疗效不佳的挑战。基于此，文章对NMOSD相关疼痛的临床特点、发病机制及治疗进展进行总结，以期为临床治疗及管理提供参考。
