多模态镜像神经元干预策略对脑卒中后吞咽功能网络重塑的机制研究
【摘要】 镜像神经元系统(MNS)是一种特殊类型的神经群,其在个体执行特定动作或观察他人执行相似动作行为时均能被激活。近年来,基于镜像神经元理论的康复干预方法在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的临床治疗中展现出潜在的应用价值。文章主要通过阐述镜像神经元的作用机制,重点探讨动作观察疗法、运动想象疗法、镜像疗法、虚拟现实疗法、脑机接口技术等基于镜像神经元理论的康复技术在吞咽障碍治疗中的作用机制及应用效果,以期为优化脑卒中后吞咽障碍的康复治疗方案提供循证医学依据。【关键词】 镜像神经元;脑卒中;吞咽障碍;神经康复
