棕色脂肪组织激活与白色脂肪棕化在糖尿病及葡萄糖代谢调控中的研究进展
【摘要】 糖尿病已成为严重威胁全球公共卫生的慢性代谢性疾病,其严重并发症导致患者病死率和致残率显著上升,胰岛素抵抗为其核心病理机制,因此需要寻找新的治疗靶点。近年来,棕色脂肪组织(BAT)激活及白色脂肪组织(WAT)的棕化因其特有的产热功能和代谢调节作用,已成为糖尿病治疗研究的热点领域。因此,本文系统综述了BAT激活及WAT棕化在糖尿病及葡萄糖代谢调控中的相关研究进展,重点阐述了BAT激活与WAT棕化在改善胰岛素敏感性、维持葡萄糖稳态和提高能量代谢中的作用机制,旨在为糖尿病患者提供更加精准、有效的临床干预措施。【关键词】 棕色脂肪组织;棕化;糖尿病;葡萄糖代谢;胰岛素抵抗
