【摘要】 炎症性肠病包括克罗恩病和溃疡性结肠炎，可累及肛周及直肠，常表现为肛瘘、肛周脓肿、大便失禁等。大便失禁在临床诊疗工作中往往是容易被忽略的问题，但它对IBD患者的生活质量及心理健康会造成严重影响。因此，文章介绍了IBD患者大便失禁的现状、不良影响、相关危险因素、肛门功能评估及其管理的研究进展，以帮助医护人员提高对IBD人群大便失禁的关注及重视，为IBD患者大便失禁的管理提供参考依据。
