    [摘 要] 针灸治疗周围性面瘫按面神经损伤平面定位分为单纯性面神经炎、Bell氏面瘫、Hunt氏面瘫,并进行了3种类型的疗效比较。结果表明面神经的损伤平面越低疗效越佳,否则反之。

    Comparison of Therapeutic Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Three Types of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

    [Abstract] Purpose To compare therapeutic effects of simple facial nerve inflammation,Bell′s facial paralysis and Hunt′s facial paralysis.Methods Acupuncture and moxibustion were used for treatment of simple facial nerve inflammation,Bell′s facial paralysis and Hunt′s facial paralysis and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results The lower the level of nerve injury,the better the therapeutic effect.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion is related to the level of facial nerve injury.
