缺血性脑损伤与针药超早期治疗

[摘 要] 缺血性脑损伤是极为复杂的病理生理过程,是多种机制共同作用的结果。在有效"时间窗" 内采取多靶点、多水平、多通道的干预措施,对疾病的转归至关重要。本文从脑缺血损伤级 联反应及针刺结合药物的超早期(6小时内)治疗等方面进行了综述和探讨。
