针刺西药治疗肺心病急性加重期对比观察

    [摘要] 应用针刺加西药治疗42例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者,与38例同期采用西药疗法患者进行对比,结果表明治疗组主要临床症状改善优于对照组,显效率差异有非常显著性意义(P2(动脉血氧分压),降低PaCO₂(动脉血二氧化碳分压),降低静脉压,降低红细胞比积,使全血粘度(高切速及低切速)降低,对血浆粘度的改变无显著意义。

    [Abstract] Acupuncture plus Western medicine was used to treat 42 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute aggravating stage.Results The combined treatment of Western medicine and acupuncture was better than that of simple Western medicine in improving major clinical symptoms with significant difference(P2 and reduce PaCO₂,venous pressure,hematocrit and whole blood viscosity(highshear and lowshear),and does not significantly change plasma viscosity. ......
