针刺对糖尿病并发急性脑梗死下丘脑激素CRH及TRH水平的影响

     (广州中医药大学附属珠海市中医院,广东519015)[摘要] 目的:观察针刺治疗对Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)并发急性脑梗死(Acute cerebral infarction,ACI)下丘脑促肾上腺皮质释放激素(CRH)与促甲状腺激素释放激素(Thyrotopin releasing hormones,TRH)的影响,以探讨其可能的作用机理。方法:将60例患者随机分为常规药物组与常规药物加针刺治疗组进行观察,用放射免疫分析法(Radioimmunoassay,RIA)分别对2组治疗前后CRH和TRH水平进行检测,并与健康人组作比较。结果:〖HT5K〗针刺治疗能明显降低CRH、TRH水平,改善下丘脑垂体肾上腺(Hypothalamuspituitaryadrenal axis,HPA)轴及下丘脑垂体甲状腺(Hypothalamuspituitarythyrotic axis,HPT)轴分泌异常。结论:针刺可通过对下丘脑病理功能的调节,来阻遏脑梗死时的中枢神经组织受损,进而提高疗效。

    Effect of Acupuncture on Contents of Hypothalamic Corticotropin and TryrotropinReleasing Hormones in the Patient of Diabetes Complicated with Acute Cerebral Infarction

    [Abstract] Purpose To observe the effect of acupuncture on hypothalamic contents of corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)and thyrotropinreleasing hormones(TRH)in the patient of diabetes complicated with acute cerebral infarction(ACI)for investigating its meachanism.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each group.The control group received routine medicinal treatment,and the treatment group received routine medicinal treatment and acupuncture.The plasma levels of CRH and TRH before and after the treatment were measured with radioimmunoassay(RIA).Results Acupuncture could obviously decrease plasma CRH and TRH contents,and improve abnormal secresion of hypothalamuspituitaryadrenal axis(HPA)or hypothalamuspituitarythyrotic axis(HPT).Conclusion Acupuncture can increase the therapeutic effect through regulation of pathologic function of hypothalamus to inhibit lesion of the central nerves due to cerebral infarction. ......
