试论穴位注射中的补与泻

    [摘要]

    穴位注射可根据不同疾病、不同体质、不同病情阶段,按照穴位的不同治疗作用,选用不同药理性能的药物。在操作过程中要重视:(1)迎随补泻的运用;(2) 推药快慢与补泻的关系;(3)提插补泻的运用;(4)药物的补和泻作用;(5)穴位特性中的补与泻。
