针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的临床研究进展

目的:
旨在体现近10年来针灸治疗痛风性关节炎临床研究的概貌,反映这一专题研究的最新水平 和进展,为以后的临床科研提供参考依据。
方法:
将25篇相关文献的内容,分为针刺、针刺加药物、刺血、火针、温灸等不同针灸疗法进 行分析,肯定了针灸治疗痛风性关节炎的有效性。
结论:
针灸具有良好的疗效,无副作用,前景乐观,应进一步研究。并认为如何将针灸的不同 方法的有效结合有待研究。

Progresses of Clinical Studies on Treatment ofgouty Arthritis with Acupu ncture and Moxibustion

[Abstract] Survey of stu dies on treatment ofgouty arthritis wit h acupuncture and moxibustion in recent 10 years were reviewed to reflect the mo st new level and advances of this study so as to provide references for clinical studies in future.In the tot al of 25 relative papers including acupu ncture,acupuncture plus medicines,pricki ng blood therapy,pyropuncture therapy,wr amneedling and other acupuncture and mo xibustion therapies were analysed,and th e effectivity of acupuncture and moxibus tion forgouty arthritis was further con f irmed.It is indicated that acupuncture a nd moxibustion has agood therapeutic ef fect forgouty arthritis with no side ef f ect.The authors hold that it is remained to be studied how different acupuncture and moxibustion methods are effectively combined. ......
