耳针、中药对糖尿病大鼠CGRP、ET的影响

    [摘要] 目的:研究耳针、中药对糖尿病大鼠血浆降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitoningenerelatedpeptide,CGRP)、内皮素(Endothelin,ET)等的影响。方法:利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的糖尿病大鼠接受耳针、中药治疗14周后,放免法测定血浆CGRP、ET等指标。结果:与正常组相比糖尿病大鼠血浆CGRP、ET水平明显升高,而耳针、中药治疗后明显降低。结论:耳针、中药防治糖尿病微血管病变的一种可能机制是良性调整血浆CGRP、ET水平。
