针感与针刺效应机理探讨

[摘 要] 从神经生理学角度探讨得气与针刺效应的关系。针刺一定穴位后，产生的针感途径是以躯体传入冲动为主，而通过躯体神经与植物神经在穴位下血管丛形成的汇合区，又引起内脏传入纤维发出的冲动对脏腑的调整功能。穴位传入信号与内脏器官发出的冲动在大脑皮层区又相互汇合，这也是针刺调整脏腑功能与强调得气感一致性的基础。

geatthecerebralcortex，whichisabasisofidentityofacupunctureregulatingfunctionofinternalorga
