电针与阿米替林治疗抑郁症对照观察
[摘要]目的：探讨比较电针与阿米替林对抑郁症的疗效。方法：将52例抑郁症患者随机分为2组，各26例，分别给予电针和阿米替林治疗，疗程6周，用HAMD量表评分和4级标准评定疗效。结果：电针组愈显率61.54%，药物对照组65.38%，显效时间对照组早于电针组；副反应对照组较电针组明显，特别是心电图改变。结论：电针与阿米替林对抑郁症均有较好疗效，且两者间无显著差异，电针还适合于治疗老年或伴有心血管疾病的抑郁症患者。[主题词]电针；阿米替林/治疗应用；抑郁症/针灸疗法；针药并用
Control Observation on Electroacupuncture and Amitriptyline for Treatment of Depression

[Abstract]Purpose To compare therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture and Amitriptyline on depression. Methods 52 cases of depression were randomly divided into 2 groups, 26 cases in each group. They were treated respectively with electroacupuncture and Amitriptyline for 6 courses, and HAMD Rating Scale and a criterior of assessment for 4-grade therapeutic effects were adopted. Results The markedly effective rate was 61.54% in the electroacupuncture group and 65.38% in the Amitriptyline group. The Amitriptyline produced earlier the marked effect, but adverse effects of Amitriptyline were more obvious, particularlly changes of electrocardiogram, as compared with electroacupuncture.Conclusion Electroacupuncture and Amitriptyline have better therapeutic effect and also, electroacupuncture is suitable to the patients of senile depression or accompanied with cardiovascular diseases. ......
