[摘 要]目的：评价针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的临床试验状况，为针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的系统评价收集原始资料。方法：通过机检和手检收集所有公开发表的针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的临床文献，按照中国循证医学中心/Cochrane手册推荐的标准，分析评价每一篇文献。规定具有随机化方法。正确对照。合适的样本量。全国性诊断标准。客观疗效判定标准。明确统计方法的文献为符合条件的文献。结果和结论：只有1篇文章基本符合要求，其数量及所占比例都非常少。要开展系统评价必须要先具有高质量的随机对照试验，所以，在条件较好的单位进行高质量的随机对照试验，是开展针灸治疗小儿脑瘫的系统评价的前提条件。
