    [摘要] 田从豁教授临床注重辨证论治，取穴以辨证为基础。本文从辨证论治的角度总结介绍田老临床常用穴方19个，及其相对固定的主治范围、手法和随证加减用法，以及田老运用这些穴方的一些心得体会。

    ABSTRACT Clinically, professor TIAN Cong-huo pays attention to treatment based on syndrome differentiation, with acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation. In this present paper, clinically commonly-used 19 acupoint prescriptions, and relatively fixed indication ranges, manipulation methods, modified acupoint prescriptions, and professor TIAN′s experience in application of these acupoints are summarized and introduced.KEY WORDS Famous Doctor； Point Locating； Syndrome Differ Treatment; @TIAN Cong-huo
