    [摘 要] 目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症单穴电针疗法的特点和临床应用。方法：从该疗法的选穴与针刺方法、临床适应证和疗效机制等方面进行阐释。结论：该疗法具有“少而精”的选穴特点，对腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛具有良好的镇痛作用，但其镇痛机制不甚明了，尚需深入研究。

    Re-recognition of single-point electroacupuncture therapy for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation

    ABSTRACT Objective To study on the characteristics and clinical application of single-point electroacupuncture therapy for treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods Expound single-point electroacupuncture therapyfrom acupoint selection, acupuncture methods, clinical indications and the mechanism of this therapy. Conclusion The single-point electroacupuncture therapy has the characteristic of “fewer but better” in acupoint selection, with a better analgesic effect on lumbocrural pain induced by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, but the exact analgesic mechanisms have been incompletely known yet. ......
