    [摘 要] 采用多中心、随机、对照的方法，对单穴的主治作用进行科学的验证，为单穴主治作用的确定提供临床依据。在52项研究中，有40项研究结果显示针刺观察组疗效优于对照组；11项研究显示2组疗效相当；1项研究显示针刺观察组疗效不如对照组。研究结果表明在一定的观察周期内，针灸单穴治疗病症可以取得不同程度的效果。
