    [摘 要] 介绍许瑞征教授耳针临床的诊治经验。许瑞征教授擅长用耳针治疗多种病症，对疑难病症亦颇有心得；治疗中既体现辨证论治，又体现整体观念，临床治疗效果显著。许老总结多年的临床经验，得出临诊10字经验，即望、摸、扫、测、问、方、压、治、调、嘱。
