截根术治疗牙周/牙槽脓肿的疗效回顾(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨截根术治疗由某一根病变导致的牙周/牙槽脓肿的疗效。方法 选择某一根严重病变的牙周/牙槽脓肿患牙30颗，根管治疗后行常规的洁治、刮治及根面平整，调整咬合，翻瓣行截根术。术后3个月、6个月、1年复查，对治疗效果进行评价。结果 术后1年复查，30颗患牙中27颗取得了成功，1颗下颌磨牙出现根折，1颗下颌磨牙继发牙周损害导致患牙松动拔除，1颗失访。结论 截根术是治疗牙周/牙槽脓肿的一种行之有效的方法。
